Scdr 2 Always Code Error


When i try to unlock models like wonu S1 or C2-3 i have always the same message
Found Phone, Phone Info:

- Phone FW: JA3,VH: 310505 1306(13 40 01)

- Phone IMEI: 35598000xxxxxxx

- Phone Code: 00000000 (inactive)



- Flash ID: 00 01 22 36

- Chip(0): AMD 29DL161DT 16Mbit

what did it mean please?
But i can unlock models like x7, where is the probleme thx

thx for response but i don't think it is test point probleme because i make soldure on the phone then i try with scdr2 and it shows me this error then my freind test with his cable and jtag and he succeded to unlock them. Is it fault of my cable or SCDR2?? thx for reply.
