When the activation of my sagmaster box ? - GSM-Forum

I have already SCDRII and recently i have bought sagmaster, i have register my box but until now i haven't pass that i can enter the support page and be able to update my box, i already sent yesterday message to @mitek ,@gsminfo and [email protected] and no response from them, please sagmaster team activate my account urgently

Today i have received the pass ,once time in the support page and after lauching SM upgrade tool v3.11 alwaysi have this message :
Time Out ! Tray Later.... I have try many many times and always

It seem"m that sagemaster server is down anyway sagmaster V12 is quietfor me at the moment and many thanks for Raklm who have send me the proggy

always try to make update after 00h:xxmn !

I have fronted this problem last week but when I have tried to make update later in the night It has done easely !
