why support dont reply my mails?


lots of mails and mitek dont reply!? what is the problem!?!?!?!?
until now i cant upgrade and you are not helping... im very desapointed with this support

hmmm, i saw you wrote many posts here, i don`t know exactly what problem you have, but did you tryed really step by step like in the manuals was explained? Cause most problem what user have, are because of not doing right what in manuals are written.

Support-services are spammed with hundereds of emails about problems, selfmade by user! Thats why they made exactly step by step manuals for using dongle, upgrading and other.

If If no result after all, then contact your reseller perhaps dongle is dead, but i believe not!

my friend, i made all steps from manual, i use only win98 and i can updagre always i get message to contact support team. i try diferent pc´s and nothing always the same error, i already made a copy paste of error, i send i screen shot of error and no reply.
i recieve my dongle and i dont unlock one even fone and i must send back becouse probably my dongle is dead.
what is the problem with my dongle, why i have error from server? i still waithing for this answers until now.

pls try with win xp, disable antivir, disable firewall, check for stable internetconnection.

So now is interesting wich version is your dongle cause in the last weeks was released 4 updates after start from scdr2. for new program versions was released also new update tool with old tool you can`t update to new version.

latest is :
SCDR_II_upg_tool_2v10 after this update you must use only LPT_SCDR_II_V5

Check what version is your dongle now, and with what upg-tool you try to update.

this is what i have in one folder... my reseller update to version ver 2... when i try with win xp i get message, something like "privilege............", today i get one new wireless modem and i still cant update my dongle.

ok your dongle is version 2 and the upg-tool you use will upgrade it to v5, i`m not sure if its possible, but normally it must work!


About your error privilege... did you tryed userport? if yes pls make screenshot fro your eeror and send me over pm

when comes this error on starting upg-tool or starting scdr program? If it comes on scdr2 program what is error on upgtool? better make also screenshot from both

forgot to mencionate, i try in win98 and xp (both no antivirus) no programs running.. only sagem update.

how can i change details on registration and register again? i want to make new registration and start form zero in a new computer that i have here with windows xp and no other programs just internet conection.

I have the same problem like Infinity, clean windows, the same PC used for the last updates, but updateing to v5 my dongle died. And if I try to reupdate, it doesn't seems to try anymore , appears a message with the well known "device damage". So you guys, you have to admit that with all your smart advices there are some dongles that just dies when upgradeing to v5 .
This isn't my first post with my problem , search forum, I wrote about it two weeks ago. I also spoked with Gsminfo on icq , and after several tries he also concluded that te dongle must be changed. But my reseller won't change it, he tells me bull****. I will wait another week to solve my problem and after it I will post his name on the "market feed back" section too.

@ infinty and all with update probs

check if you have firewall !!! Perhaps you have firewall active and don`t know this.

1. did you installed service pack 2 on your machine? cause sp2 has firewall integrated

2. do u use router or something else with firewall? On my first try to update i had same prob. Why? My router has firewall, and after i disabled firewall on routermenu, everything fine!
