hi friends

I have nec N500i , when I enter code to unlock (#7320*87966599#)
the phone say "demande a echoué" this happend with or without SIM

I also try this code (#4960*87966599#) but the same result
please help how to enter code in this phone, urgent

try to charge your phone , put unaccepted card and waite 30mn or45mn after enter your cod using :
#7320*xxxxxxxx#
if you have RedBox you can use unlock methode 1 or methode 2 with direct unlock

please which version of redbox do you use, i don't have n500i in my soft?

I don't believe that no one in this forum know how to do this

"demande a echoué", means request failed!
So to unlock N500i, I use this code #7320*code#, it's always the same! Yesterday I just unlocked one N500i from Bouygues Telecom FRANCE! And it wasn't the first!!!
In your case, I think that the code given to you is wrong, try to contact the person that gave you the code!

try to have RedBox and you will recive all your cod without any problem

this cidreset use *#3727372# but used only foir nec2G and not all specliy nec 22i nec 223 and nec21
