5049W FRP Error

Hey using the new version to remove FRP but keeps failing, if you need to test Im available 8.30 to 5.30pm PST.
Here is log:

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1733.4
Searching phone in normal mode;
[connect the phone powered off with volume down pressed to the usb cable]
Phone detected (MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM (Android) (COM16))
Preparing to start flash mode;
Preparing to open COM16
Connecting;
Downloading DA;
Initializing;
ERROR: STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL
ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;

Try with latest software and you must connect the phone keeping volume down pressed.
Try and try and your process done

You got this errro because you didnt connect the phone with vol down pressed
