Searching phone in normal mode;
[connect the phone powered off with volume down pressed to the usb cable]
Phone detected (MediaTek USB Port (COM45))
Preparing to start flash mode;
Preparing to open COM45
Requesting authorization;
ERROR: STATUS_BROM_CMD_FAIL
ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;

any help?

Connection with the dongle lost. So restart teh sw and retry. Also power on /off the phone between tries
