9320 wrong code. Can't unlock - GSM-Forum

I have unlocked many Blackberries before and never had this problem.

FG generated MEP2 unlock code but phone didn't accept it. I went from 10 tries down to 6 tries. I even entered MEP4 code but it was not accepted.

Any help please?

You need do direct unlock this phone , new algorytm inside and unlock by code not work anymore.
You need pack13 or 14 to do this no other way with FG now.

Is there a list of phones that can no longer be unlocked with Pack4 ?

Yes all new one that you buy in 2014 year even older models need direct unlock got new algo.
