After updating pack1 now pack 4 not working - GSM-Forum

Hi,
last night i have updated pack 1 for lg but now after updating again for pack4 it gives error applet not found kindly resolve this problem take a look on attachment what exact error i got after updating for pack4

every time u should update pack individualy for work. when u try to work pack 4 than u must update pack 4.

dear,
i think u have not readed carefully what i have written b4 posting just read carefully i know how to use fg so pls don't need these type of funny sugesstions. U can see carefully in image what i am showing that after upgrading for pack 4 i am not able to use bb packge getting applet error .

I updated pack 4 furious say undate finished. And then i run pack 4 for read code BB 8100 but it say applet not found ! update using correct pack. my box active 5 pack already. Help me please

download the latest version of bb software from support site.

Ya i do so but it say: Reconnect USB device and retry ! Set in menu Mass Storage to Off and be sure phone is charged !

help me please.

I think your device is password protected
Please check if IT policy is installed..
If NO then disable password in security

your problem solved
