ALCATEL 5001u missing

Dear team I couldn't find this model in New OT Smart exe...

Here I see someone unlock but I want to unlock with new exe...

With 3940 version I tried it said unlock done but phone says Permanently Locked..

Also I want to know is paid with credits or without credit..

Sir I want to know it will take again credits.. And also if it was showing Sim Lock Flag off then why it takes credits..

You have to repair imei to match the one in SIM DRAWER (original) and ur problem will be fixed, that operation will take one credit .


You can't change imei in that model it will become 'permanently locked'

Dear sir this phone got built in battery and there is no imei on back sticker.. So can I write any imei numbers and it will work?

Because in software logs it showed 4 type of imei but when I dial *#06# there is only one imei..

Please guide me on this sir.

I need a solution to the previous post

and to this new problem
I also repair imei to another alcatel 5001a, in diag mode, without using credits and I am also permanently blocked, it can no longer be used even with the original sim

Imei repair must be done in boot mode only. And if you changed the imei in diag mode then change it back to the previos value and it will work. As for the log posted you can see the security check result: 4. That means the phone security was damaged even before trying. Most probably if you tried to flash it then you damaged it as the security gets lost when do that.

Can leave here the security backup save so i can check. But im sure thats the problem.

Write NV using NV_000000-00-000000-0_356309-10-242436-8_98550000_23_04_2021_13_05_54.spd and check if is restored after.


Also what was the phone status before ? Also permanent/forever locked ?
