alcatel e series

hi im trying to unlock this alactel e series phones on furious using com cable with auto ignition the cable is switched on with 9 v batter attatched but just keep getting error ive also tried alcatel rj45 cable still same prob
im connecting box opening alcatel programs attaching cable to com port with 9 volt battery preesing direct unlock read codes waiting 4 seconds and then powering on the phone sometimes i get error meesage sometimes noything but one thing always happens the phone powers on by it sekf at the end of this proceess tried a few alactels now all the same prob ;manage to only unlock one any help would be useful

You must solder wires direct to phone pcb. All cables on market are bad and generate pbs.

use same connector , from 9v cable and solder 3 wire com cable RX , TX and GRN ,,
dont use autoignition and 9v

works fine'

Yes u are right but the cables which came with box is not good only one time worked for me in 6 phones
