Alcatel J320 dual SIM unlock Problem [SOLVED]
 

hi team,

I have Alcatel J320 Dual SIM from UNITEL Angola .... the phone is personalized to the operator .... Strange thing is that both the Master and slave slots are locked .... i managed to unlock the master slot using MTKReader_v1.0.0.470 however i am not able to unlock the slave ....

Can you or anyone help with this ....

Hello, thank you for your response , i tried also all ways to read this model however it does not get detected at all ... all drivers are correctly installed and i have tried com port cables as well ...

more ideas pls ....

following are the logs of the sucessful unlock after which the master slot was unlocked ... problem is that the MTK module only picks up the master slot to unlock and the Baseband Chip is MT6572, E01

Thanks for reply, but what is furiousgold. The software, the hardware or both and how it's work. I'm not a pro, just buy my phone in Angola " Angola Unitel" and now in Capverd "Unitel T+". The phone is blocked for Unitel.

If you have no idea what is then why you post here ? Go to an service center and get it unlocked. Here it's an paid product section

I think you have don't endestand my problem, paid or not it's not the problem. Her no service center can unlock it. Every site i visit no one have a code for my phone. Only here tock about it. If is possible to unlock remotely, it's will be great
