Alcatel One Touch 5020N

Hello,

I've been trying to unlock a 5020n, but every time I use the "Read/Reset Pin" fucntion, the device's PIN is still there when I power on the device. I get a "locks_dump" .osp file on the desktop, and a log file saying

Reading data failed;
Erasing data 0x482401C8;
Erasing data 0x48240118;
Erasing data 0x48240130;
Erasing data 0x4824014C;

Any ideas? I feel like there is something really simple I'm missing. =)

Also, just to give a little more info, this is a test phone that I factory reset, then inputted a known PIN into, I'm just testing the features out on the Furious Gold and OTSmart Peaktop software (running v1.0.0.1265)

Seems the reading fails. Be sure phone is charged, batt inside, no usb hub used and most important latest version used. wont offer support for old versions.

I updated to version .1318.

Tried again, when the option for "read" or "reset" I first chose "read" and got:

Error: File_Not_Found.

Tried "reset" again with new version, same result.

Am I out of luck?
