Alcatel ot-5009d frp [DONE] - GSM-Forum

hi to all!
this alcatel, ot-5009d seems to be supported in otsmart but isn't in the list and if i try with another model:
Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1733.4
Searching phone in normal mode;
[connect the phone powered off to the usb cable]
Phone detected (MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM (Android) (COM21))
Preparing to start flash mode;
Preparing to open COM21
Connecting;
Downloading DA;

ERROR: Connection failed !
ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;

any chance to reset frp?
