Yes is supported and yeah it wont work if you dont bother to read the manual and if you dont use the latest 6761 version of pack 5

I read the manual and followed the steps.
The problem is the drivers on support site do not work for this model (I tried on one xp sp2 machine and one win7 machine).
Do you have alternative drivers for me to try?

Can use as alternative DELL STREAK drivers. They will work aswell
