my lg new lg dongle doesn't start , need help to use new donle and sotfware

applet not found ! update using correct package

these are the messages i get when try update package and open software

please help me

You have Register Mate...so you can have Activation code.

WEll use latest maintenance and try to update pack5. If you have problems this means your box it's not activated. Contact hack for activation details

[E-mail used or way to pay | Reseller used] (This option it's needed only for licence renewal and getting new products)

This means dongle doesn't have enough space inside. Will be fixed on next update
