BB unlock problem by PACK-4 - GSM-Forum

Dear supporter i have two sets ofbb 8100 to whom i want tn unlock but as i connect it via BB pack 4 dongle , the particular massege appears on the screen -:

Searching for usb device ...
Reconnect USB device and retry ! Set in menu Mass Storage to Off and be sure phone is charged !
Time needed - 00:00:06

Dear supporter can u guide me what is the problem and why my set is not giving me UNLOCK CODES and HOW TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM ?

Yes sir it got password and its " blackberry2" . Know plz guide me where is the problem? Plz note i have unlocked that set first and then connect it with software , inspite of that it gives the above massege again.

yes bro i have also same problem..check on u r set have phones password for this it not connect with soft...

i search about this problem but not find any ans ... i requsted to FG team how we disable the phone password of blackberry phones mybe already post but plz share here 2nd time we need it again with full details ...

Brother faheem i got the solution through some other source against the above issue and that is we have to ENTER 5 or 10 times wrong paassword and when the LAST ATTEMP will come , we have to ENTER any wrong, know the phone will REBOOT and come on orignal position but this time it will ask for any NEW PASSWORD , know what we have to do , we do not ENTER any NEW PASSWORD but we have to connect it with PACK 4 software in the same position for code read know code will come on screen without having any problem , after that we should enter any new password and complete UNLOCK PROCEDURE . enjoy it brother.

u mean when we enter 10 time worng password then the set reset and ask for new password :????so this time no need to enter new password just connect it with pack4 bb software and press DO JOB????????

but we need how we disable the phone password from blackberry phones forever ????????

Dear br what you read its quite write i have tested with me two sets which was pending with me , when you will make experiment , you will realise it. No 2 i am also trying to find out HOW TO DISABLE PASSWORD FOR FOREVER and i assure you within a couple of days i will let you know in same thread but one think is clear that PASSWORD MATTER always related to IT POLICY MATTER and if you r going to make any change in it you should completly know that what you r going to do that ?

Check for IT policy if it is installed in security options !!!
IT POLICY hides the option of disabling Password

You can have the toturial in RIM section

@strange man , br let me check RIM section if there is any tutorial to DISABLE PASSWORD then you will realy deserve for my heartiest thanks and kiss too.

Br there is some other way also to REMOVE PASSWORD , i believe it and will come to know within a couple of days and will surely share with you here. Although you and faheem bhai is most senior then me but it will be my pleasure to share this amongs you.
