Can someone advise me on what to do next? I've included the log to show all is ok, but the phone is still locked to 3 Ireland. I should have all necessary hardware with updates, so if anyone can help me out, Thanks!

By imei it mean by server( Log opérator $$$ )

it would be if they were ever online to unlock the phone's. it does work on the new ku990 versions yes but last week it took me more than 3 days to do 12 phone's which were paid for upfront.

we have done 20~30 with there server but because it takes too long we are not doing them anymore, customers cannot wait that long and i to don't have time to sit there waiting for them to be online.

This is true. I try another Viewty 1 week later and work no problem with sw V10a.
