lgm2.exe not working with any pack - GSM-Forum

i update pack 1,2,3 but always giving me error
license not found
i tried with two systems

Simple, generate licence(there are only three options at maintenance

1. Format
2. Firmware update
3. Generate licence

Use the third one said and place the licence in the same folder as the softwares
