blackberry tool?? pack4 actv8

i recently activated my pack 4 & 5 from FG support site, cuz i need the blackberry tool module to unlock 8310 from U.A.E.

problem is there is no downloadable module for it? i only see an arrow for download and the file is " .sfl "

can anyone help me find the BLACKBERRY TOOL program so i can unlock this unit? (i already tried looking at the maintenance site)

you have a folder PACK 4 - BLACKBERRY . cant see what pb ? you have all in there.

what folder? i went to maintenance site and this is all i see:

please sir need help, when try to download from support it never seem to work, try work IE8 and FireFox, could you please direct me the right way to to get file from the support section (yes did connect the box and use maintenance v1.00.606),
Please sir help, my box = Bling1954, long time never can download from the support, being getting latest file from the forum instead, need to get file from support ( thats what i pay for).

problem solved search this in maintenance it will download :
BBERRYST_v1.0.0.493_PLATINUM

When i said Maintannce i reffred Maintenance.exe module. You start it and press 'GO SUPPORT' button !

i did and mozilla opens up the site for FG. and then go to blackberry tool. the filename there is a "blank space" so can't download. i downloaded it by finding exact name of the module.
