i am new with this box , but i followed the istructions , i register to site, i can acces support, i downloaded the dribvers and maintenance v 1.0.0.513 but i receive this error message (Box is not registered OR Wrong details used ! Please contact your resseller) when i try to go to support from there. i wrote to [email protected] regarding my problem but no response. i'm in great need of this box, that's why i bought it and now i can't use it. please be more responsable for your products.........and read the mail........
