can we unlock this CE500 with Furious Gold ?

dont thinks so.
only with vygis, or blazer with adapter and cable a
maybe im wrong but i didnt see a way to do with fg

Maybe is possible. Try to see if boots using kg800 or kg220.

Can anyone tell me how to enter the nck on the LG CE500 with sep 05 firmware??
I have tried everything and can not enter the code.
Blazer allowed me to read it but the direct unlock does not work on this firmware revision. Blazer is dead so was hoping perhaps someone might have an idea.

put in wrong sim? that didnt work/? always did for me even newer versions and direct did as well

You can purchase unlock code on the net for blackberry 8xxx series thats the only way for 8xxx series.

Great, I can get codes for 8700 too but what does it have to do with ce500 from lg which is what everyone else (for the most part) was talking about

This method for CU500. might work in CE500, give it a try

Step Action
1 Insert non-accepted SIM card
2 Power on the handset (phone will display "Invalid SmartChip")
3 In Idle screen, enter 159753#*# (phone will display "Enter NCK,
Remaining 5")
4 Enter the 8 digit SIM Unlock code
5 Select "OK" (the handset is now successfully unlocked

This will work.

Steps:
1 Insert Cingular SIM card
2 Power on the handset
3 In Idle screen, enter 2945#*7101#
To Access the Sub Menu:
4 Select Settings
5 Select Security, then SIM Locks
6 Select Network, then Deactivate
7 Enter the 8 digit SIM Unlock Code in the "Enter NCK" input screen
8 Select OK
- the handset is now successfully unlocked
