chm-u01 error writing bootloader - GSM-Forum

the phone is in no power mode, when connected to usb shows huawei usb com 1.0, when i try to flash board software which i downloaded from furious gold i get this error

Try both ressurector versions available on the support. Dont forget that tp must be removed after the port appears

i did not find the testpoint on support,
i tried with both version but it gives the same error message, i dont need to keep testpoint because when i connect the phone to usb it detect as huawei usb one,

yes same problem with huawei p10 plus vky-l29 ; no solution till now
