Credits Lost Question


me did have about 10USD credits on Furious Gold and today wanted to use some and find out my credits are on zero, looking into Transfers Listing i see that my credits 9.01 USD have some transfer on 27 November 2017, 20:17:28, but me did not authorize or make any transaction, why is that and how is that possible, thanks for your answer

P.S. not want to post USERNAME/BOXID here but probably USERID 6441 is ok to post here

If the box is expired for more then 2 years then the credits are lost

you know my box is not expired and also me did buy that extra 10USD credit with my last activation of resurrector and one year support - so credits cant be expired
