Error Flashing OT-5020T repairable?

Hi,
Customer brought his OT-5020T to me stuck on start up logo. Tried flashing and keep getting error. Now phone wont power up? Is it fixable? Or is it hardware problem?

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1413.5
