i get this message when i tried to unlcok 2 BB 7100t

all software is updated

BBPIN: xxxxxxxx
Detected: RIM 7100 Series Colour GPRS Handheld
Platform version: 1.8.0.83
Version too old or current firmware can not be used for unlocking.
Time needed - 00:00:00

u must flash your phone with last ver to unlock it

flash?i just looked RIM and our support site, but i cant find any flash files, where would i download from?
