Ppleasee team help me i bought furious gold annd have pack 1-11 pack 5 was working fine 3days later pack 5 stopped working and giving me error message

please update the dongle using correct PACK or be sure you are using the latest version of this model

And i have the latest version right now, and programmed pack 5

Yes, you already said it several times, but when? while we can not open the AMDO module and we are letting go of money because you blocked the "old" version
