when i try to get the nck for vodafone 710 box give me error and phone swith on and i unlocked it on vodastar can you solve this bug

brother you did not understand me well i mean that i try with all ways on the furiousgold to unlock one pice of voda 710 but the phone did not respond and the others which i tried to unlock done successfully with voda star i want to know why the tow pices of voda 710 which i received unlock done with voda star and give me error when i try to unlock with furiousgold is that abug in the furiousgold module

You have 2 methods in soft M1 and M2 so you should try both. Also without and screenshot or log i cant help you at all !
