Me too , i have the same problem with a starshine by SFr ... is there a problem with conflect drivers ?

Wrong drievrs installed. efault one are ASUS ones and arent compatible. You must downlaod and install HUAWEI ones else it wornt work

1. Power Off Phone

2. Hold Volume down + Home Button + Power Button

3. Be sure that it will hang on, for Optus, it will hang on the Sand glass hour

4. connect phone and install android driver (Pulse_Drivers_xp_w7_w764.zip)
