How long for Active renew 1 year support?


I'm was renew 1 year support from 21/01/2008, but till now i only get new file from support, i cannot transfer Credit to mybox, because Activation Date is still: 29/11/2006 - Time: 05:24:08. anyOne can help?

Yes, Now is OK, but 40 Credits of SE is lost, only Transfer 15 treo650 and 15 treo680.

Before it is:
Credits available on your account
TREO 650 Credits: 15 credits
TREO 680 Credits: 15 credits
Sony-Ericsson Credits: 40 credits
Your Account is Outdated.
Sony Ericsson Credit cannot be transfered to your box.
Please renew your 1 year support by clicking here and you will able to transfer use your free Sony Ericsson Credits.

I donnot know, why....?
