how to unlock Alcatel 4044V - GSM-Forum

I instll the driver from support OT-4060O_OT-5054O_OT-5056O_4060A_4060W_6039_6055_5098.rar
In device manager show Alcatel HS-USB Diagnostics 9091 (COM188)
But when I try unlock using FIRHORSE MODE. The phone will not go to QDLoader 9008. It always go to Care Suite Emergency Connectivity and can not unlock.

how do I get this phone connected I can't it to do anything

Chane them manully from device manager
