Yes. Use packs 7 FlyCaptain flag vendor: hw country: eu Model: VKY-L29 Sim: double
Resurrector: Vicky L29B_C432B150_Firmware_Estonia_Austria_Denmark_Fin land_Croatia_Latvia_Lithuan and then VKY-L29_C432B150_upadate_data_customization_hw_eu in update mode.
The double sim menu does not come out!

Before Furious I used FunkyHuawei and never had problems converting into double sim! Maybe you have to buy packs 13?

Some models need reflashing dual sim firmware as well before that. And you will have same problem for pack 13 as well
