hello..i have a lg kg225..after flash..no sound..i try full reset.. but nothing..any solutions..??

I think it's a hardware problem (trs).
me it was a kg220 and solved

..but when power on the phone logo sound work..but phone no ring..and in gallery melodies no play on...

Only first 3-4 ringtones dont work. REst work ok. Is some fw bug.
