KP500/KM900 Problem on Some boxes why? (Support Team Read In Please)


Press power on !
Starting communication ...
Platform: S-Gold3 ...
Preloader sent ....
Time needed - 00:00:04

Always this error, and it does not mean is cable (KE500 Cable) fault, neither the com port as clearly when the power is pressed there is communication with a phone, but loader can not be uploaded or read info of the phone further, the same cable is tested on many other phones and works fine even on different box with same phones KP500/KM900 and works fine.

If cable causing the problem surely it will show the message below instead which does not communicate with software at all.

Press power on !
Error ... !
Time needed - 00:01:05

Would be nice to have some thoughts regarding the issue, I tried on ICQ but didnt get a satisfying answer, bad cable doesnt really mean anything as it is not true at all.

Upgrade pack again and try to disable the antivirus...it works form me when getting this errors on diffrent phones...
