Test this. You remove SIM, you compose following 1809#*360 #, the menu will appear' technical, it selects factory reset.

if you have ufs login to support and download ks360 flasher/driver, follow instruction and flash it with usb cable after 2min ur phone is normal. i solve many like this even frezeen ks360
