I flashed the phone with 2 files from support area and now the phones boots up like the bootloader was unlocked. Any idea?

Make a detect with FlyCaptain on fastboot mode and paste here the log

Get from the support Warsaw-L21A 8.0.0.370(C432)_Firmware_8.0.0_EMUI8.0_05014JNC.cf s and write it in update mode using Ressurector !

i think the phone has hardware problems, volume up or mainboard because it does not enter upgrade mode, only fastboot.

Because you have no ideea how UPDATE mode is entered:


up + down keep pressed while you insert the usb. Phone must be off !

Only logo when I try both volume buttons. And the phone powers on only with cable in it.

Yes and is normal. You keep those buttons pressed and after 15-20 secs will enter update mode. Cant belive is loose 3 dauys explaining you a basic thing . You have hhere a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8eoEUBcpuk
