Motorola EX130 user code

Hello,

I have Motorola EX130 with phone code - it needs enter the 4 digits code after phone starts.
When I do unlock FG software can read some network unlock code, after phone restart it goes directly to the network and phone menu.
I am not able do factory reset from phone menu without entering correct 4 digits phone code.
When I remove battery and turn phone on again, it needs this phone code again.
Do you have any solution how can I remove this user code?

Have you tried with the master code?

yes, I tried it
but I can really enter max. 4 digits code
I tried 0000, 1234, 7841
it shows code error

Can not, as I wrote in my first post. Factory reset from phone menu ask me for 4 digits phone code. Without correct code it doesn't allow me do factory reset

Id' like to informe you that phone was unlocked well but when I restart phone ask for user code I enter default moto code 1234 or 0000 but error code

When I enter any code 10 time phone says contact operator for user code then I unlock it again in order to reset it and phone restart with full network but I mustnt' power it off


need help pls I try now to read dump but too late as I know dump have 16MB it need about 8 hours to read it is it normal ser daniel????
