His problem will not solve by chargin battery and doing process again as phone will now not power on even with charged battery and unlocing process starts with powerd on phone. he only has option to claim his warrenty.
caution: everybody check battery before unlocking. if battery lower before unlocking and battery became empty during unlock procedure. It will kill ur phone.
