Need help to flash OT -4030A - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I am trying to flash a DL600 (OT-4030A). Phone came to me stuck on start up logo only. I try connecting the phone powered off with battery in but keep geting the following error:-

Code:

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1347.5
Searching phone;
Phone detected (PreLoader USB VCOM Port)
Preparing to start flash mode; 
ERROR: Comport open failed !
ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;

What am doing wrong? Is there some key combo I can use to get the phone in download mode and try? I tried also with out battery and same result.

Using USB cable.

Drivers are not installed properly. Must extract usb_driver.rar to c:\ . Run REMOVE.bat and after INSTALL.bat . After try connecting again and will work

what flash tool are u using???
@beerfoote1 i need to flash a few with the same problem
