need help for unlock nokia 2.4 ta-1275

i am new on furious gold. tried to unlock on nokia 2.4 ta-1275. follow on step power off phone, then hold volume up and down buttons, insert usb cable. but nothing detect on computer. can anyone help? thanks

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1813.3

Searching phone in normal mode;
[connect the phone powered off with volume down and up pressed to the usb cable]

i did it. tried on two computer. when i hold 2 volume buttons no responding on computer at all. just like nothing connect on usb port. i checked on phone is android 11. maybe is new security.

the port is working. when i power on the phone will show on my computer. so i think the c/p is working. don't know where is the problem.
