Need Vodafone 975 reset unlock counter

Hi. I need solution reset unlock counter for Vodafone 975 (alcatel v975). Custumer give me phone for unlock, but furiuos read code, but thos code not working and now phone blocked, no ask unlock code anymore. So need help.

Use OTSmart v1.0.0.470 ( http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f272...first-1802474/ ) and flash the phone. After read codes again and will work

yes, but in my country this phone are exlusive, all samsung, nokia, lg, htc.

So can get pack10+1year. You have LG by imei and new support

Phone returned to custumer. But now i have all needed files on my pc, After mini holiday he came back and try do this phone and post result there. Thanks for info.

Counter reset sucefull after write firmware. Thanks for good soft.

Drivers are installed bad. Extract usb_driver.rar to c: . Run REMOVE. bat and afterwards INSTALL.bat and all will be ok !
