Searching for usb device ...
Reconnect USB device and retry ! Set in menu Mass Storage to Off or Phone Password to Disabled and be sure phone is charged !

your device has IT policy installed
Install your phone firmware
go to registry edit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SOFTWARE
RESEARCH IN MOTION
BLACKBERRY
click NEW STRIN VALUE

Double click and enter your path
C

rogram files/research in motion/blackberry
Make sure you have coipied the policy.bin to this directory
After that exit reg edit
Run Black berry desktop manger
and connect your phone
once verification is complete you can disable the password from settings and unlock your phone

i havent got phone no custmer took back if any thing come again simler ill check and post result
