New BB dongle. Account is expired??? - GSM-Forum

I just recibed a Blackberry Dongle (ID: 54F1ED0E) bud Maintanse Software say:

Connecting to server...
Asking server for access ...
Account is expired ! You need to pay renewal license that costs ~60EUR. Please contact resaller or [email protected]
Time needed - 00:00:02

Than is normal? I need to pay 60 euros more that the 199 i was pay before? How long i can use if i pay this 60 euros?

Hello

If u just bought, no need to pay anything, just contact ur reseller, he can solve ur problem.

if its new one , did you go to support and try to activate from there ?

Thanks my friends for you help messages. I just send a email to Steve because i was buy the dongle at the official webside. I hope he can fix it faster because he was take days to reply the mails i send it before.
