Hi FG team

my friends, why you do not respond to my requests for assistance since a month or more that my box is out of service after having changed Pack 1 Pack 5 (Pack 5 that I just buy from you without even worked with) and yet we have encouraged and buy your products, and for once we ask you for help for an error that we have not even committed and you ignored us like that
i hope that you understand our request and our request to work with you
