orange boston dead

hi please help i have a orange boston i tryed to unlock
hears what i have done
i read the manual
i installed the stuff from support
i connected it to amdo it connected ok
i pressed unlock it gave me 2 codes but they were not correct
so i flashed it with SUT LR with the flash from support
all went ok
i opened ando again clicked read code
all went ok it said unplug usb reconnect usb
then gave me the unlock code
i rebooted fone
now the phone will not start up it just buzzes then nothing
if i plug it in to pc it just has a red light on
please help as i need to get phone working again thank you

ok i can get it to download mode with red,vol up , power
the flash program finds the phone it starts to flash again but then
gives this error at the end

error code 0x4000
please help

Maybe the battery is too low. Remind me what were the option for flashing mode. THink last one had to be slected if i remmeber well

you just load the file then press next, thers no flashing options

Did you try to charge the battery?

i think so i put on charge all night but i cant check as it will not turn on
the red light just turns on when plugged on charge

Need to charge batt externally as phoen wont charge it in that state

hi ok iam using an external battery but its the same
the flashing options are as follows

none
only backup NV
Erase entire flash
erase user data
enable error fatal error

hi i Selected Erase entire flash as you said then flashed but came up error
so tryed again this time came up flash sucesfull
fone now working fine & unlocked

A Litle trick i just learned is, if you are in windows Vista or 7 .

Just execute the SUT in administrator mode and compability windows XP.

like this we avoid all flashing error messages
