OT-655X dead after flashing ok.?????? - GSM-Forum

phone was ok but in screen menu have no icons
i decide to flash the phone
after phone flashed ok ....phone does not power on
any help

Check battery level. Probably got too low. Also try using other fw

I checked again using latest version 1.0.0.1386 and everything is ok. I suppose batt went empty while flashing over serial since it takes some time. Charge it externally and will work

batery is full
i have trying with 2 bateries
In support i download 2 files OT-655x
i flashed with 655X-2X=B VDAL1
also 655X-2X=B VDZA1
phone flashed but does not power on
when i put the charger i see only a smoll light blu in the front of phone
but does not charge
or power on

Then probably the phone itself has some issue or the battery aint good., try external adaptor

i flash the phone with another Dongle..NCK
phone switch on and after 5 second switch off
is not problem to try external adaptor

I suggest to make a total format, download other flash from support and try writing again. Must also be sure what flash you write since are 2 hw versions 655WX and 655X. Now i see you flashed wrong flash and thats why phone didt start. Must use 655WX-2[X=B]VDAL1.otz not 655X !!!!

still the same situation after 2 second phone shut down
i show you imei under flashing also picture of the back of phone
are the same and is wrote Ot-655X

You did check FORMAT before flash and choose YES on the dialog ? Wrote the WX flash after ?

Use mtty and set it at 115200 and start phone. it will capture the debug messages. Most probably is some hw fault
