Pack 12 unactivated, activation problem - GSM-Forum

Hi!
I have programmed pack 12 in my dongle

Code:

PACK(S) PROGRAMMED ON DONGLE:
PACK5, PACK6, PACK7, PACK12 UNACTIVATED

Wgen I open any version of FG_Sam it says Dongle needs to be activated, so I click Activate dongle button, it connects to server but some kind of error occures and it goes back to text that dongle isn't activated.
I cannto see the whole error text but it is something like:

Getting data from the server: error(GET_SAM_ACT:INTERNAL...

I cannot see the rest of the error log because the window is too small.
Can you check this please, my SN is 7D019F2B

me too; am facing this problem & my box is activated Pack12 !!!

Plz Support replay or do some things !

seems theres some bug on activation. the issue is being checked

hello support I am trying to run fg_sam v1.0.6.0 and it gives an error
DEBUGGER DETECTED....errror
can you try to help me solve this problems i have no issue running the other packs on my dongle pack 6 pack 5 pack 4 all is ok I tried to reinstall pack 12 and reprogram all packs always same problem with pack 12
will appreciate the help
