Pack 9 - LG Optimus Pad Unlock Not ok , Need help

Connect usb ok,
the computer recognizes the phone mode,
Modems:
LGE AndroidNet Usb Modem

Click the Port Scan tap to select ports,
Click on the tap Do Job, to unlock, read the code

The reason why this phone does not read is that?

Can you help me?

Setting on Phone:

Once complete, remove the USB cable from the phone and power the phone on.
Next we will connect the phone with "USB Debugging" Enabled
On the phone go to "Settings"
Next go to "Applications"
Next go to "Development"
Now enable "USB Debugging"
Click "OK" to confirm enabling of USB Debugging
Now connect the USB cable

Seting PC

Moved to the speed of 115,200, and the different speeds, have not read the phone

There should be institutional usb cable? How institutions?

All phones can be unlocked just a issue with the ports.. If get problems with usb try with serial which never fails and do not need drivers for each model.
