Paid for activation/ account still expired.No Reply at new support forum.

Right Furious Team,

Given that you are asking your customers to ask for help at the other forum but i posted a message regarding my problem there but it still hasn't appeared in the forum after "7 hours" so have a look here.

My account was expired so i paid for 1 year update and updated my account. NOW when i go to support i says "your account activated on 31/05/2008" BUT when i try to switch module pack it says "your account is expired"

I have sent the email to steve and hack3er with the screenshot but no reply there and the "other forum" where you have moved your support is completely hopeless, when i posted there it told me that "your post will be checked by a moderator" and after 7-8 hrs my message is still not posted now who the hell has all that time to wait for your "question for help" to appear on the forum before you could get any help

steve and hack3er please check your emails, there is an email from me will all the details so u coiuld sort my problem out.
