Hello Furious Gold Team.

I'm having issues with Pack12. It keeps getting me error now "Dongle Not Connected". It was working fine yesterday and now it's stops. All other packs works except pack12. I already tried format/repair the box and I just don't know what else to try. I ran the s/w as admin still no luck. Re-install the FG software and still no go. Please help. I need my box up and running.

Hi Team

I buy samsung soft but i get this problem dongle needs to be activated
This action require internet connection
Connect to internet and press activation dongle botton
it not the first time that i use furious software and i have internet but it is not activated
Please tell me what to do

Disable firewall and antivirus and keep pressing ACTIVATE DONGLE button. It must work

Aside from Activating issues, What's up with the free 100 Free credits that doesn't show up with the latest Samsung Pack 12. I finally got my dongle activated again and so afraid to use the 1.028 update for pack 12. I had to uninstall the software again and completely wiped out the install folder and clear all cache and temp files.

Anyhow what's up with this credits thing. The link to adding credits doesn't even work. Would be good if we can get some clarity.

There are no free credits. And isnt written anywhere you get any free 100 credits. The bundle of 100 credits offers 10 unlocks. And the link is working just fine
