I have two phones first one is a u970 ad the other is ku970 I am having probles on both of them, u970 when u flash with the unlocking file it get stuck on emegincy mode(test mode) and the other ku970 the phone is having a error "no wallpaper file" please help I need to give this phones back to custermers

Easy to asnwer and this happens if you dont read.

1. Only U970 from UK and IT can be unlocked and for this be sure you flash U970_Unlock.sex with FORCE MODE checked and obvious latest version fo QFG must be used

2. For KU970 you have direct unlock available and you get "no wallpaper file" because you flashed using U970 flash. So flash back with KU970 flash and DIRECT UNLOCK.

Simple.

I did flash the files with the right flash files but still the same result(no wallpaper file) but when u flash the the same file with u970 it gives u error says 'unavalabil media files' is there a way to correct this phone please help

So you have 2 U970 oe you flash U970 with ku970 and vice versa. Unavailable media u fix with country changer.

yes i had 2, first one was a 3AU U970 but that was returned to the custemer but the ku970 when u flash with KU970 softwear it say's no wallpaper file so we tryed to flash with U970 file then it say's unavaible media file this error can not be fixed buy changinging the country or writing the NV file please we need help to get this phones fixed, thanks

Choose different countries until "unavaible media file " message disappear!

I have tryed every thing in this forum but so far nothing has worked please help HACK3R2K

Well it's impossible to show same if u tried all countries. Anyway if you say that U970 is from Australia simply flash any U970 flash ending _DU.

the phone is a ku970 but I tried to flash the phone with u970 but that only gives the error unavalabile media files.

If you get UNAVAILABLE MEDIA FILE the phone is 100% U970. So you flash with any U970 fw ending DU.

Just recieved another phone of the exact same carrier and model details and unlocked it no problems as a ku970. The file I need for fixing the current phone i have is

KU970-MSM6280-V10a-APR-09-2007-AUS-XX

Can you please provide me with access to this file or upload it to the support section.
